Cashel Blue® & Black Pudding Tapas
- Cashel Blue® Cheese
- Black Pudding (in chunks)
- Red Peppers (roasted)
- Bacon (grilled)
- Egg (beaten)
- Caramelised Red Onion
- Parsley and thyme
- Roll out the pastry into a sheet and cut out small circles with a pastry cutter. Place the cut pieces into a moulded baking dish.
- Add bacon, roasted red pepper, caramelised onion, Cashel Blue® cheese, black pudding chunks. Pour beaten egg over to fill up the little pie moulds, then add fresh herbs. Season well.
- Cook in the oven at 180?c for 20 minutes, remove and serve hot. Garnish with a little green salad, and enjoy with friends!
