Nothing goes better with a burger than blue cheese, if you ask us. And it doesn’t have to be a meat burger! For this recipe we’ve used a vegetarian, pre-made Beetroot Burger from Aldi, the sweetness of which goes really well with our creamy blue cheese. However you can use any pre-made vegetarian burger and this recipe will be sure to delight.

Mixing creme fraiche with Cashel Blue and Honey gives you the blue cheese taste with a whole extra creamy dimension, and makes a different burger experience than the usual melted cheese style.
