Meet the Cheese

Method. Magic. Taste.

Come and visit our patch of Ireland to experience the joy of real cheese firsthand. We love meeting people, sharing knowledge and our story.

What to Expect:

An in-depth tasting that lasts around 40 minutes. Meet the Team and get a real feel for our family business. Discover the journey of our cheeses, tasting everything from young curds to mature wheels. Try some curd and enjoy our renowned cow's milk blues (both the classic and organic versions of Cashel Blue) and sheep's milk blue (Crozier Blue), while discovering our more recent non-blue creations, Shepherd's Store and Toma No. 5.

Fancy a bit of fun? We can even make it a blind tasting! Watch our short film to learn about the method and natural magic behind our craft and our philosophy. Get the inside scoop on farmhouse cheesemaking in Ireland and tips for other local food experiences.

Ready to taste?

Visits are on Thursdays only and pre-booking is essential so we can have everything ready for you.
