Crozier Blue, Grilled Pear & Parma Ham Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 ready made pizza base
  • 60g Crozier Blue, crumbled
  • 1 ½ balls Mozzarella, drained well & shredded
  • 45g Parma ham
  • 400g tin of pears, drained & chargrilled
  • Parmesan
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A handful of rocket

Step-by-step:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C and place a pizza stone or baking tray in the oven to preheat.
  2. To assemble the pizza, spread the mozzarella over the pizza base, place the Parma ham and pears around the pizza, sprinkle over the Crozier Blue and grate over a little Parmesan.
  3. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is just beginning to colour.
  4. To serve: Drizzle over the honey, sprinkle over the rocket and slice.
