Meet the Cheesemaker at our Dairy!

August 5, 2026

Join us on Saturday September 12th at 11am for a farm walk, tour, and tasting with Sarah Furno of Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers.

This Meet the Cheesmaker event is part of Food Culture Ireland’s Meet the Maker series, proudly supported by Sheridans Cheesemongers.

This immersive event will include a guided farm walk to see the cows, a visit to the ageing rooms, a tasting of milk, curd and of course the beautiful range of Cashel Farmhouse cheese led by Sarah. This is an opportunity to experience the entire journey from land to cheese, and to learn how the flavours change through the seasons and with different ageing. Sarah will also create a sense of context of the difference between Irish Farmhouse Cheese and that from further afield.
