We love a good cheese question- especially when the answer is Cashel Blue!
We were delighted to discover that our very own Cashel Blue featured as a question on BBC Mastermind
The question asked…… “Which Irish Blue Cheese with a rich buttery texture was introduced by Jane Grubb of County Tipperary in 1984? “
The answer……. Cashel Blue!
