Cashel Blue® features as part of the Past Winners Awards reception of The Bocuse d’Or

The Bocuse d’Or is the leading International professional chef competition held annually in Lyons, France.

Eminent cheesemongers Hervé Mons put together a wonderful spread for the cheese buffet. The Irish Ambassador flew the flag for us at the event, and our four month old Cashel Blue® was well received.

Sarah and Sergio met with French customers during the day, and were highly amused that even the taxi driver seemed highly engaged in this trade-only event. He commented on his views as to who would win ‘the world cup of chefs’ this year!
