Eminent cheesemongers Hervé Mons put together a wonderful spread for the cheese buffet. The Irish Ambassador flew the flag for us at the event, and our four month old Cashel Blue® was well received.
Sarah and Sergio met with French customers during the day, and were highly amused that even the taxi driver seemed highly engaged in this trade-only event. He commented on his views as to who would win ‘the world cup of chefs’ this year!
